I send out newsletters to user/clients who wish to receive newsletters on a regular schedule (daily or weekly, depending on the newsletter) and occasionally send out special editions when I think subscribers might be particularly interested in something that I’m doing. RSMWebDev.Com may share newsletter mailing lists with any third parties, including advertisers or partners through opt-in subscription. Users/Client may unsubscribe their email account by selecting the unsubscribe button on my website.

Guestbook
Users/clients are welcome to send their testimonial to my website, after sending their testimonial it will be evaluated before posting it to my website. Users/visitors who posted their testimonial with frank or bad messages to distract other users/visitors will be automatically removed from my website and his/her IP will be banned.

Log and Usage Tracking
Users/visitors are tracked throughout RSMWebDev.Com and IP is logged every time you visit my website to track and gather site statistics and demographic information.

Customer Service
I communicate with users/clients on a regular basis to provide requested services and regards to issues with the development of the projects or inquiries I reply via email, chat or phone, in accordance with the users wishes.

Submitted Links
My website contains other external links that had been submitted by users/visitors as their reciprocal links or suggested links that will be part of my website. Website that contains explicit materials like nudity, violence or website that has numerous spammers will be automatically removed on my website.

Tell-A-Friend
If a user elects to use my referral service for informing a friend about my site, I ask them for the friend’s name and email address. RSMWebDev.Com will automatically send the friend a one-time email inviting them to visit my site.
